How will you communicate with my Builder throughout the build?
Build Fresh will regularly meet with your builder to discuss and view progress, any variations, upcoming invoices and to cast our eye over the organisation and quality of works. Builders love this as we are organised and efficient with communication and our owners love receiving our regular progress reports with photos, budget updates and progress summaries.
Can I attend site meetings too?
Absolutely! Whilst we attend site meetings on your behalf, you are always welcome to come along with us, or to have private viewings with us anytime you like.
How do you manage our builder to meet our expectations?
Build Fresh use our years of industry experience to guide the build through the necessary stages of the project and work collaboratively together with them to execute a great project. If we have concerns, we promptly address them with professionalism in real time and document efficiently should a record be required in the future.
What happens if my builder abandons my project or is wound-up?
Build Fresh are very experienced to get involved in dispute builds and record keeping for litigation. We have excellent construction lawyers contacts who regularly guide us and our clients through any queries or disputes on problem projects. We have great experience in taking over failed builds, documenting them for litigation and completing the works with new builders. Build Fresh has never lost a builder on our own projects that we have executed from the beginning, but are open to entering into problem builds if available to do so.
