Permits and Fees FAQs

What permits do I need to build or renovate my house?

Every project is different. If your project is structural you need a building permit from a Relevant Building Surveyor, if it has planning requirements, it needs a Town Planing Permit.  The only way to find out is to get in touch today and we will be able to let you know what permits you need.

Should I avoid renovating a Heritage Home?

Heritage properties can be spectacular to renovate.  Build Fresh will arrange for you planning advice, and all the required consultants to get your planning approval. Call us today if you have any further questions or would like to start your journey.

How much does a project manager cost?

We not only provide fixed price fees for our services for your entire design and build stages, but we work very hard every step of the way to negotiate and create efficiencies to save you money.  Our projects are also managed very thoroughly to be cost efficient.
