Can Build Fresh assist me to identify my budget?
As we work on a variety of projects and with many different designers, Build Fresh have a unique insight into true costs of current projects that will help you to understand how much your build will cost and what your complete budget should be.
How do I know what a fair price is?
Build Fresh are independent of Architects and Builders and only work for our clients’ best interests. We start by listing your expected costs for each requirement of your project and then negotiate every fee proposal along the way before presenting you with a variety of quotes and proposals for you to select from. Our years of experience ensures that each project is efficient and cost effective whilst ensuring the best of the best are engaged along the way.
Can I use my contacts or supply my own materials to the builder?
Absolutely! We will be able to guide you as to who/what you can supply yourself however sometimes it is better for the builder to supply items so they can be responsible for delivery coordination and warranty items.
Is it cheaper to be an owner builder and hire a project manager?
Build Fresh do not work on owner builder projects as we strongly believe that licensed builders are the best option for up to date understanding of building codes and regulations and provide a full builders warranty. Do you really want your property built by an unqualified person with little fallback if things go wrong? We certainly don’t!
