This is where we sit down and hone in on your brief and assist you to establish your budget, style and desired outcomes.
Architect Selection
Build Fresh will source and negotiate Architect Proposals and oversee their engagement. Build Fresh will collaborate alongside the winning architect to ensure design revisions meet both your and our expectations.
Town Planning
Build Fresh will arrange for a planning consultant and Heritage advisor to provide are port to submit your planning application to council.
Working Drawings
- All consultants engaged.
- Design completion.
- Interior design
- All documentation for building permit
Construction Phase
Documentation Complete
All documentation is completed ready for RBS
Building permit Application
Build Fresh will apply for building permit
Builder's Tender
We will hand select some great candidates and negotiate their time, cost and contracts.
This can be co-current to building permit application
Construction Period
Move out of premises. Works commening builder induction to site
We attend regular site meetings on your behalf to ensure the smooth progress of your build.
